Recently started painting this picture. Wanted to try a scenery painting. So far it is exactly what I wanted and expected. The companies that offer these PBN sets all use a similar scan software/capture/print to canvas setup but this is the first time I have seen a canvas so poorly printed with low definition of the lines and numbers separating the colors. Many of the lines are broken and poorly defined and the numbers also poorly defined and hard to read or completely missing, forcing you to review the accompanying printed sheet. However the paints are in good condition, smooth and quick drying. Not really bright enough for my taste and the original image of this painting show quite clearly that the colors therein are vibrant and alive while these are much more dull and lack pop.Van Gogh is one of my favorite artists so being able to rep,I ate one of his paintings is awesome. This is so relaxing and enjoyable. They provide everything you need to do the job. I already had good brushes and other supplies, i recommended you invest in quality brushes though. The ones they provide aren’t bad though. But if this hobby is something you will continue, you will want longer lasting ones. You will really like the end result. I’m not finished, but it’s very relaxing and enjoyable. Take your time, have fun! Go for the paintings that you tend to go back to repeatedly, those are the ones you’ll enjoy the most I find.No 8”x10”paper “paint guide” enclosed—that paper guide is sooo valuable! Saves a great deal of up/down neck motion when determining the corresponding color with the marked numbers on the canvas.Absolutely enjoyed painting this oneHad fun completing it. Good quality canvas and paint. The numbers to paint are incredibly small and difficult to see. I was also given a pair of small screws with the material canvas but no idea what they wish me to do with them. Push through the painting and screw into the wall? Also no instructions like it mentions. Not hard to know what you've to do but it would be useful to have instructions as I'm giving this as a present.Unfortunately the painting is not as advertised 16”x20”, It is actually 15.5”x19.7”! ! Using the standard stretcher frame of 16”x20” kit, there is a white canvas edge exposed on all 4 sides, so sad☹️matches description
