Bought as a gift, they loved it.The product image perception appears to show a little better quality than the watch actually is - but it's OK.Packaging could be improved on; it came only in thin bubble wrap and a bubble envelope. I feel any watch should come in some sort of protective box, even if it is a cheap one just for transit. Especially for the price, you can buy a watch from the Watch Shop for £12 and it comes in a box.Overall, I am pleased with the watch, but I think there are a couple of points that could improve the overall customer experience and to make the item more transparent (some actual images, rather than stock photos etc).Thank you.I bought a pair for myself and my partner.
